The TRU-SPEC® H2O Proof™ ECWCS Trousers are made with a three layer windproof, waterproof, breathable fabric designed to provide an impenetrable layer to prevent water and wind coming in while keeping the highest level of breathability. The trousers have an elastic drawcord at the waist, slide fastener fly opening and ankle openings with fastener tape adjustment tabs. The trousers have easy access pass through pockets with flaps. The trousers have reinforcement panels at the seat and knees.
